Tell us about your experience. What have you gained? We're not just looking at how many inches off your waist you lost or if you fit better in your workout gear. We want to know how this experience has affected you not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Are you now able to perform that elusive yoga headstand? What weight kettlebell are you swinging? Have you shaved valuable minutes off your marathon time? Can you sleep better at night? Have you done a 180 on the way you view your dietary choices? There are so many personal achievements that can be gained by setting high goals for yourself.

HOT Yoga Challenge - Registration Open!

Jump-back, forward, and through! The first half of this practice will prepare you physically, as well as mentally, for the challenge of flight. It is the jumping that makes this practice so unique. The second half will entail the three main stumbling blocks of the primary series. We will work on postures that help reveal the way to try these particular stumbling blocks. We will also have some time for open forum discussion.
Cost: $120.
Dates: 3/10/12 - 4/01/12
Session Times: Saturday and Sunday 2 - 3:15pm.
