Let our expert instructors guide you through a full body workout using multiple pieces of Pilates equipment. You will work on the most popular piece of Pilates equipment, the Reformer, as well as, the Tower/Cadillac, Spine Corrector/Arc Barrel and Wunda Chair! Class size is limited to 4 to ensure that you receive personalized attention. Instead of just using your own body as resistance on a mat, the Pilates machines provide different degrees of resistance and stability via springs and pulleys! Yes, actual, coiled springs!

We have over 30 Group Apparatus Classes per week. You can reserve a regular weekly spot with your favorite instructor by pre-registering for the month...OR...you can vary your classes on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis by using drop-ins.
Our classes truly are 'Apparatus' classes, not just 'Reformer.' You will work on multiple pieces of Pilates equipment:
group apparatus (all levels)- Increase your flexibility, strength, coordination and range of motion with this full body integration workout. Target muscles groups such as glutes, arms, legs without neglecting your core. A truly amazing and challenging workout that incorporates important, fundamental Pilates principles such as flow, balance and alignment. You'll leave feeling strong, lengthened and toned! Fitness innovation at its best!
group apparatus (intermediate/advanced) - Designed for strong, experienced clients only. Please note that instructor approval needed to attend this class. Advanced cueing given during the session. Hone your breath, rhythm and flow with more challenging exercises. Class can be taught at a faster pace or slower--- both focus in making your movements more precise and controlled. Props may be used to increase the level of difficulty.
