Kettlebells - A dynamic, full body conditioning workout that builds strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. A kettlebell resembles a cannon ball or shot put with a handle attached at the top. It can weigh anywhere from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs! Kettlebell exercises work the whole body by teaching you to develop explosive power and transfer it from the ground, through the torso and through the arms to move the kettlebell from between your legs to overhead. This is a high energy anaerobic workout that makes you sweat like you just ran the Chicago marathon! Victoria, Gizel and Gene will guide you safely through traditional kettlebell exercises such as the Russian Swing, American Swing, Turkish Get-Up, Snatches, Cleans and more. Get ready to get toned! Total Fitness Fusion- Total Fitness Fusion- A fun blend of all the group exercise classes Spring has to offer! - Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells, TRX, Ultimate Core Barre and Pilates Reformer Jump Boarding as well as innovative workouts such as Tabata Training and an interpretation of hollywood's addictive arm exercises designed by Tracy Anderson. The structure of the class varies from week to week but you are guaranteed to work and stretch your muscles in this cardio/toning workout. Sneakers Recommended. Bring a water bottle!

Ultimate Core Barre/Bar- Not just your typical barre workout you see everywhere else. This class has deep roots in Pilates methodology but understands your additional need to focus on your glutes, lengthen your muscles and tone tone tone those arms. Ballet barres, weighted long BARS, small hand weights and yoga straps are used to condition and challenge your body. You'll sweat like crazy but maintain a fluid spine (no excessive tucking of the glutes), strengthen your core and the high reps with small hand weights to tone, not bulk, your upper arms and shoulders.
